Before using a mold

  • Always wash with lukewarm water and dish soap.
  • Check the mold for damage, or abnormalities in color.
  • Do not expose the mold to substances that are harmful to human health.
  • If in doubt always contact info@malfoodshaping.com.

During unloading the mold

  • Check the mold for damage, or abnormalities in color.
  • Check foods deviation in color.
  • If any part of the mold is damaged in the oven, throw away the complete charge of the mold, do not eat anything.
  • Do not eat directly from the mold.

Presentation Materials

  • Several products within the collection can be heated on oven temperature. Always check if the material is not hot in places which may cause injury or damage to your guests, you or other materials.

What products are best used in the molds?

The culinary test team used various products to experience the possibilities of working with the molds. However, these tests do not guarantee the success of projects carried out by others. We recommend you to fill a demo mold with a product of your choice, before starting a production plan. For information about the product that you want to use in the mold, you can email to info@malfoodhaping.com.

The instructions on the label say, that with frequent use of chocolate, the gloss of the mold will decrease. Within what period that will happen?

Mål based the use of the molds on conditions drawn up by supplier Silicone Culinair. By them, the user is alerted that with frequent use of chocolate, the gloss of the mold will decrease. Exact figures for the decrease in the degree of gloss are unknown.

What is the average lifespan of a 2d mold?

Everything depends on the usage manner. Use in the oven, freezer and dishwasher do not affect the molds. If defects in the mold arise, you can always contact info@malfoodshaping.com.
